Judgement House Covenant Partner Agreement
Judgement House asks those who would like to produce a Judgement House presentation of their own to complete the Covenant Partner Agreement. This agreement outlines what is required of any church or organization wishing to produce a Judgement House presentation, provides the Judgement House Home Office with information that allows us to serve our Covenant Partners more effectively, and ensures that a high standard of safety, integrity, and excellence are maintained through each and every Judgement House presentation. At Judgement House, a few basic spiritual beliefs drive everything that we do. They define who we are, what we are, and how we view our purpose as people and as an organization. We also feel passionately that all of our covenant partners should share these same beliefs.
• We believe that the Bible is the inspired and infallible Word of God.
• We believe the one true God reveals Himself to us as Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
• We believe salvation is by the Grace of God and not by works.
• We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God who voluntarily died on the cross for our sins so all who
repent of their sin and trust Him as Lord and Savior would have eternal life.
• We believe that Christ was bodily resurrected and ascended into heaven where He is now our Intercessor,
and that the Holy Spirit of God resides in all those who trust Jesus as Savior.
Our church/organization is submitting this agreement in order to become a licensed Covenant Partner. As such we agree to the following:
- Our church/organization will become a licensed Covenant Partner once we submit a completed Covenant Partner Agreement with the non-refundable and non-transferable, licensing fee for either a one year license or multi-year license, Judgement House signs this agreement and our church/organization attends a Judgement House training conference before producing our first Judgement House presentation. The period of this agreement lasts one year from the date the agreement is submitted to the Judgement House home office. The agreement may be renewed for an additional year at any time and another year of licensing will begin from the date of the original agreement submission. Failing to renew the agreement will terminate the agreement automatically. Our church/organization understands that Judgement House may at its sole discretion, decide not to renew this agreement or rescind this agreement and thereby revoke the license during the agreement period.
- Upon becoming a Covenant Partner, Judgement House will grant our church/organization a limited license to use the Judgement House name, logo(s), scripts (one per year), and training material during the agreement period to produce Judgement House presentations. We will send one or two members of our church/organization to a Judgement House training Conference prior to producing our first presentation. Judgement House will provide our church with a difference script each year the agreement is renewed. Our church/organization agrees to use only those scripts provided by Judgement House when producing a presentation, which these scripts we will not change without written permission of the Judgement House home office. The license cannot be transferred or reassigned.
- Our church/organization agrees to keep and report the results of each presentation within 5 days of the conclusion of our Judgement House presentation.
- The Judgement House name, logo(s), scripts, training material, trademarked and copyrighted materials are owned by Judgement House, are licensed for use by our church/organization only while we are a licensed Covenant Partner and cannot be given or made available by our church/organization to any other church/organization or person for any reason. If we do not pay to renew our license, our license is not renewed or our license is revoked, then our church/organization will make no further use of the Judgement House name, logo(s), scripts, training material, trademarked and copyrighted materials and will be promptly returned to the Judgement House home office.
